Problem
Street restaurant owners do not use Philadelphia Cream Cheese, as there are many cheaper cream cheese alternatives available for bulk purchase.

Insight
Some cream cheese–based menu items require lengthy preparation time, which not only increases labor costs but also slows table turnover.

Idea
Supply ready-made, time-intensive cream cheese ingredients to street food restaurants.

Receipts, receipts
nothing but receipts here.

In today’s economy,
restaurant operators are looking to cut costs in every possible way.

So

There are plenty of low-priced cream cheese products on the market, and the more expensive Philadelphia Cream Cheese
often gets left out of the choice.

While researching cream cheese,
we found that many cafés spend hours making Irish cream
for cold brew coffee a highly labor-intensive process.

As a result, situations arise where employees end up saying,
“I’m quitting.”

So, we decided to create a test kitchen dedicated to developing products that help restaurants run more efficiently.

Introducing
The Next Kitchen.

We partnered with
chefs and culinary influencers

to develop products
such as ready-made Irish cream
and Philadelphia cream cheese fillings,
allowing staff to save time.

These products help reduce workload and free up
chefs to focus on what they do best.

The Next Kitchen will be set up right in the heart of Philadelphia
so people can experience it firsthand and spread the word.

Here, we’ll showcase our new products
and even sell limited-edition recipes and merchandise.

Every day, restaurants have to solve countless small problems
just to serve a single plate to a customer.

Our role is to take that burden off their shoulders
and we do that by developing the right products.
